The Arizona Osteopathic Medical Association (AOMA) is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) to provide osteopathic continuing medical education for physicians. The AOMA designates this program for a maximum of 13.0 hours of AOA Category 1-A CME credits and will report CME credits commensurate with the extent of the physician’s participation in this activity. 


An additional 1.0 hour of Category 1-A CME credit may be earned upon completion of the Post-Seminar Outcomes Assessment.

This Live activity, Arizona Osteopathic Medical Association 36th Annual Fall Seminar: Get Connected, with a beginning date of 11/12/2016, has been reviewed and is acceptable for up to 12.25 Prescribed credit(s) by the American Academy of Family Physicians.
