Syllabus and Agenda

Listed below you will find the presentations presented at the Arizona Osteopathic Medical Association's 37th Annual Fall Seminar November 11 & 12, 2017.

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Acccreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint sponsorship of Touro University Nevada College of Osteopathic Medicine (TUNCOM) and the Arizona Osteopathic Medical Association. TUNCOM is accredited by ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

TUNCOM this live activity for a maximum of 13.50 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

The Arizona Osteopathic Medical Association (AOMA) is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) to provide osteopathic continuing medical education for physicians. The AOMA designates this program for a maximum of 13.5 hours of AOA Category 1-A CME credits and will report CME credits commensurate with the extent of the physician’s participation in this activity.

This live activity has been reviewed and is acceptable for up to 12.75 prescribed credits by the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP). Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of the participation in the activity.
